I’ve always been interested in the mind and human behaviour.

In particular why people do what they do.

For example:

  • Why, when wanting to achieve something incredibly important, that would change their experience of life for the better, like a slim, healthy body, do people lose motivation?
  • Why is it that sometimes taking care of yourself seems really easy, then something happens and it starts to seem all too hard?
  • And how is it that some people are able to reach and maintain their health and weight goals, but most don’t?

So, after years of working as a dietitian and observing that most people know what to do – they need help to actually do it – I started to study the brain, the mind and human nature.

I did my own self-study, along with health coaching, eating psychology and hypnotherapy.

Then I discovered life coaching and haven’t looked back.

As a life coach, I help people discover why they behave the way they do, then assist them to change whatever isn’t working for them. Permanently.

This work is not easy at times and it’s certainly not a quick fix. But the benefits are absolutely worth it.

It has changed my life for the better and it can change yours too.
