It’s something a lot of my clients struggle with and I recently received a question from a listener about it.

She’s doing great during the day, listening to her body’s hunger signals and eating 'enough,' but come night-time, the cravings kick in and she finds herself rummaging the cupboards, even when she’s not hungry.
